Career Destination: Business Travel
The GBTA Foundation Destination Scholarship project provides exceptional rising industry leaders with funds to help cover the costs of their undergraduate or graduate studies, fees, and/or professional development programs.
Launching in phases in 2025, this inaugural fund will first become available in the U.S., followed by an expansion to other countries later in the year. The fund will award over $15,000 in scholarships to high-achieving individuals demonstrating a strong commitment to the industry. This investment in their education and professional growth will equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel in the dynamic world of business travel.
SPECIAL NOTE: GBTA Foundation will receive and consider the first 100 fully submitted applications. Once 100 complete applications have been submitted, the scholarship portal will be CLOSED.

Who Should Apply
This scholarship is open to aspiring and current professionals who are registered at an accredited college or university for the 2025-2026 academic school year and:
- Are U.S. residents*.
- Are passionate about the business travel industry.
- Demonstrate academic excellence or professional potential.
- Are pursuing or planning to pursue relevant undergraduate or graduate studies.
