What is GBTA Ladders?
A unique mentoring and professional development experience, Ladders leverages collective talents to empower emerging industry leaders to connect and expand their careers through mentorship, education and collaboration.
Each year GBTA Ladders looks for the best and the brightest in the travel industry to join our ever-growing family of GBTA Ladders Mentees. We look for professionals with the highest merits and qualifications, such as individuals in fast-track executive management or similar management programs within their companies.
